Balanced Diet


A balanced diet meal plan must consist of all food groups and no less than 1,5 litres of pure water on a daily basis. Furthermore, your gender, level of physical activity as well as the presence of stress in daily life will determine an individual’s need for minerals and vitamins as well as certain amino acids necessary for good health and wellbeing.


IBS Diet


IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome is one of the most common disorders seen by nutritionists. Women are twice as likely to suffer from this condition. In IBS, the normally rhythmic contractions of the digestive tract become irregular.


Alkaline Diet


A person’s acidity or alkalinity can be measured according to the pH scale. Any substance below 7.0 is acidic, whilst anything with a pH above 7.0 is alkaline. Alkaline diet meal plans must consist of no less than 50% raw foods. Raw foods maintain the correct acid-alkaline balance within the body


Vegan Diet


Becoming a vegan is a life-changing commitment to one’s health and wellbeing. In a typical vegan diet the only food staples present are fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses, mushrooms, seaweeds, nuts and seeds.A complete removal of all animal protein-based products like meat, fish, eggs, butter and dairy is required in order to maintain a vegan diet.
